Draft. Musty dry berry malt and straw aroma. Dark amber with small head. Sweet-tart cherry, toffee malt, and dry hay flavor. Good body. Very nice.

Thnx to kurt. Pours clear red, small to no head. Smell is dry, wood, wine, cherrie. Taste is dry, wood, cherrie, bit sour. Very balanced

Bottle - Sour white grape and cherry. Clear orange with a light beige head. Tart cherry and a bit of vinegar. Puckering finish. Not alot going on as far as complexity but a nice refreshing sour.

Bottle at RBWG Asheville. Clear deep maroon brown color, medium tan head. Aroma of dark fruit, vinous port wine. Taste is softly sour plums, tannins. Very tasty.

Bottle @ RBSG Grand Tasting. Pours a slightly hazy amber color with a small off-white head. Has a fruity malty woody sour aroma with hints of caramel. Fruity malty woody sour caramel flavor. Has a fruity sour woody finish.

Bottle shared by wedgie @ RBWG 2014. Pours a clear amber with a gray head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a rich sour red fruit note with a good amount of acid and a hint of grain backing. Flavor is full of rich sour red note with a hint of grain and an acidic/dry finish.

Bottle at RBWG. Pours cloudy amber with off white head. Nose and taste of cherry vinegar, caramel, sour fruit, oak and moderate acid. Medium body.

RBWG14 Trip Rating #26. Bottle shared at the Friday Night Downtown Inn Bottle Share. Pours a hazy copper color with a thin frothy tan head. Good head retention. Aroma of tart fruits, cherry, pear, vanilla, coconut, grape. The taste is tart acidic and bright, notes of grape, cherry and a bit of earthy funk. Medium bodied, lingering tartness, strong oak. Very nice.
