Bottle, bb 6/22. Unclear pale gold with a large white head that lasts pretty well. Aroma of crackery dough, oranges, hints of vegies, white pepper, coriander. And so it tastes. Slightly sweet at first, hints of funk before a dry, spicy bitter finish. Fizzy. Pretty good, my sort of thing.

Dorée-léger orangée, col épais crémeux blanc tenace.
Arôme est plaisant - belge forcément avec un bouquet qui ne tombe pas forcément dans l'hennuyer type Dupont, Gosselin, Blaugies pour ne citer qu'eux. Rétro finement poivré-blanc, herbacé, houblonné noble mais avec une petite douceur rappelant un côté 'honeydew' et un rétro de pomme fraîchement pressée.
Palais présente ce caractère belge qui se note de suite au niveau de la levure. c'est frais et rafraîchissant. Base maltée oscillant fortement sur le full pilsner - le tout est crisp - avec une petite note citronnée houblonné noble euro. Amertume, fini savonneux-citronné, un peu grinçant aux dents.
In fine, version, qui selon lecture des autres avis semble s'être améliorée avec le temps.

Voici une saison passable qui manque de tempérament et quelque peu douçâtre que nous propose la brasserie Atrium. Les arômes sont néanmoins plaisants avec pour spécificité un rajout de coriandre. Pas certain néanmoins que ce rajout ait été obligatoire. Le visuel est sur un blond doré limpide (EBC de 7) surmonté d'une fine couche de mousse blanc cassé. Le nez est appréciable, relativement classique pour une saison avec citron, céréales, abricot, pomme, une pointe de banane et donc de la coriandre. Si l'attaque présence une bonne présence en bouche, la douceur un peu trop présente fait manquer l'ensemble de vivacité. La complexité est cependant bonne, sur le cocktail déjà présent au nez. La deuxième bouche s'empâte quelque peu avec un alcool à 6,5 % qui fait le minimum requis. L'arrière n'arrive pas plus à enlever l'ensemble. L e final quelque peu élance est cependant trop court. Poussif.

0.33l bottle. Clear golden body with a giant white head that lasts for quite a long time. Aroma of orange zest and cloves with grassy and floral hops. It's even a bit mineral. Bready malts in the taste with grape seed, grass and orange zest. It's much less hoppy and spicy than what you expect from the aroma. The finish has some medicinal hop bitterness to it though. Nice saison.

A golden beer, a head is quite big and blond. Aroma has fruitness, spicyness, citrus, some flowers. Taste has spicyness, some fruitness of citrus. Medium bodied. Good beer.

330ml bottle. Cloudy, yellow-ish, deep golden colour with huge, fluffy, slowly osteoporosing, minimally lacing, white head. Funky, yeasty spicy and slightly citrusy, hoppy aroma, notes of lemon peel, coriander, a touch of brine, mustard seed, pale and wheaty malty background with a touch of grape sugar, gooseberry, white grapes, overtones of apricot and mirabelle. Taste is very dry, yeasty spicy, slightly funky, minimally citrusy fruity hoppy, minimally tart, wheaty malty basis with very subtle sweetness, a touch of grape sugar, notes of coriander, old lemon peel, a touch of brine, salami, mustard seed, green pepper, sage, white pepper, some apricot and mirabelle. Creamy-oily-watery texture, dry, nevertheless minimally cloying palate, prickly carbonation, maybe minimally overcarbonated. Rich and manifold, a plethora of fruity and spicy aspects. Wow! Very good Saison. Absolutely state of the art.

Flaska från belgiuminabox. Gyllengul disig vätska med medelhögt vitt skum. Grön banan, gräs, jäst, hö, kryddor, lite åt det eteriska hållet med en lätt alkoholvärme och smak. Ok+

Sampled at Brassigaume 2019. A hazy golden beer with a white head. Aroma of green banana, yeast and wheat. Taste wheat malt, mild fruity hops, yeast, some banana. Good!
