33 cl. bottle @ home, bought @ Rovin, Dongen. Hazy dark brown with a thin off-white head. Caramel aroma with some licorice, orange and star anise. Sweet taste with a spicy finish. Lots of things going on here. Caramel sweetness is dominant but it is accompanied by the spices in a wonderful way. Strange beer but in a good way.

33cl bottle (without label) from Bruges Beer Festival 2019 day 2. F: slow gusher, medium, tanned, quick gone. C: dark, hazy, opaque. A: dark malts, cocoa, chocolate, liquorice, dried fruits, dark caramel, bit toffee. T: medium malty backbone, bit chocolate, bit caramel, dark bread crust, cocoa, bit herbal, medium dry on the palate, bit vinous, medium to full body, higher carbonation, too young release and need some aging to be really enjoyable.
