Williams Pale Ale is a true Australian brew. Clean fresh citrus flavours make Williams Pale Ale smooth on the tongue, long on the quench and refreshingly easy to drink.

330ml bottle at the Everest Indian Restaurant, Fairfield, Melbourne (fully licensed) where Sachin Tendulkar once dined. I’m sure I was sitting in his seat! Poured a clear golden colour with a short-lived frothy white head. The aroma is malt, yeasty, gluey, light woody hop. The flavour is moderate to light bitter, with a light, crisp, slightly watery, light citrus, light hop bitter palate. Medium to light bodied with average carbonation.
