Draft at the source. Hazy to cloudy yellow color white head. Huge bubblegum and banana aroma. Taste has big clove and more bubblegum. Tasty.

6 3 6 3 12 Draft shared at Bryggeri Helsinki. Very hazy golden with a white head. Aroma of yeast, banana and light citrus. Flavour is light to moderate sweet and above light bitter. Above light bodied with soft carbonation.

Draught @ 60 Brewery and bar. Nice fresh and easy drinking weizen with notes of citrus and orange cest.

A hazed golden weizen with a thin white head. In aroma, sweet fruity ripe banana bread with light notes of lemon and Brett, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity banana malt with cloves, light lemon notes, grassy hops, very nice and tasty. On tap at brewery.

Hazy yellow. Aroma and flavour are wheaty with just a hint of banana and clove. It’s not overly sweet though. Well balanced.

Tap at the brewery. It pours cloudy golden with a decent white head. The nose is creamy, doughy, dried banana, hay, light barnyard, clove and muffin. The taste is bitter-sweet, doughy, wheat bread, creamy, banana, straw, peppery and waxy citrus with a dry finish. Medium body and average carbonation. Foamy mouth-feel. Decent enough weizen.

Bottle from Hermod, many thanks! Trübe goldene Farbe, geringe weiße Schaumkrone. Geruch hefig, floral würzig, leicht hopfig, trockene Früchte. Geschmack sehr würzig malzig, floral hopfig, hefig, gering bananig.

(Draught at Bryggeri Helsinki, 25 May 2015) Hazy yellow colour with frothy, white head. Malty, wheaty nose with notes of bread, banana and clove. Malty, wheaty taste with bread, hay, banana and clove. Medium body, with a touch of sweetness. Low bitterness. Well made, classic hefeweizen. Quite enjoyable.

Fra fat på restaurant-delen av bryggeripuben 6 Mar 2015. Gyldenbrun. Uklar. Lavt skum. Bra sitrusaroma. Smaken også sitrus. Litt mye på den søte siden.
