Bottle 330ml. @ Assentoft tasting by Hansen - Zita. [ As Bryggeri Helsinki Weizen ].[ Trade by oh6gdx ]. ABV: 5.0%. Clear medium yellow color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, wheat, moderate yeasty, fruity, yeast, light vegetables. Flavour is moderate sweet with a average to long duration, wheat, fruity, yeast. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. Bottle. Creamy White good mostly lasting head. yellow colour. Light malty and hoppy and yeasty aroma. Light bitter flavor. Average light bitter finish. Oily palate.

Bottle @ Assentoft tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are fruits, malt, yeast and hops. Too carbonated.

Taster at the brewery, summer 2013 from notes. I thought I’d rated this already... A nice cloudy straw gold with a thick head of foam that lingers. It’s got a great spicy clove aroma which is what I favor in a weizen. The taste is pure spicy weizen goodness true to style and tasty.

Bottle sample at a tasting at Levi’s place. Thanks Tom L. Hazy yellow with a white head. Aroma of wheat, banana, clove, a bit of graininess and citric hints. Sweetish and slightly spicy flavor with some fruity esters, graininess and a bitterish touch. Rather light-bodied. Drinkable.

330ml bottle picked up at Alko Joensuu Sokos. Steady, finger thick, chalk white head, laces well. A typical wheat haze to a pale golden body. Banana sweetness on the nose added by wheat. Ripe banana taste offset by a backdrop of citrus, lightly spiced. Mid-sweet fruity aftertaste. Foamy in the mouth. Average version of the style (hotel room, 17.08.2014).

Draught (Bryggeri Helsinki, Helsinki) - Hazy golden in colour. Banana, spice and yeast in the aroma. Slightly tangy taste with lemon, banana and coriander detected.

Tap at the brewpub. Poured a clear straw colour with a thin white head and some broken lace. The aroma is yeast, wheat and floral citrus hop. The flavour is acid citrus with a dry mineral banana spicy light bitter palate. Medium to light bodied with soft carbonation.
