De witte Lutgarde, het kleine zusje van de blonde, is een fruitig witbier. De subtiele toevoeging van natuurlijke cactusextracten geeft het bier zijn fruitige en verfrissende kant. Dit gebalanceerde witbier bevat een licht citroenachtige gember toets die zijn originaliteit brengt.

Bière belge / 6° alc. ARÔMES: Les arômes sont francs et frais. Le cactus libère directement sa fraîcheur surplombé par une touche de citron vert. SENSATIONS ET SAVEURS: La première bouche est très rafraîchissante. La subtile addition de physalis, de cactus et d'écorce d'orange confère une saveur unique. Enfin, la fin de bouche laisse place à une belle amertume "piquante".

Pours unclear blonde, small white head. Smell is very herbal. Spiced, floral, sweet impression. bit coriander. Taste is soapy, bit coriander, but more floral and herbal spices. Sweet. no real citrus. Wheat is rather hidden. Very mild bitterness. Mild stevia-like sweetness, sticky well within the finish.

F: big, snow-white, good retention. C: yellow/blonde, hazy. A: malty, wheat, orange, banana, bit spicy, hint of yeasty, fruity. T: wheat, light ginger, banana, spicy, bit herbal, orange, dry on the palate, fruity, coriander, dry on the palate, light to medium body and higher carbonation, nice balanced for the style bit more on the sweet side yet not bad at all, enjoyed, 33cl bottle from Delhaize Chazal @ Schaerbeek in Brussels.
