I was pleasantly surprised with this one. The taste is fruity, yeasty, creamy, decently aromatic, coriander, better than the lager version, 08.05.18, at Prélaz.

(Keg at Café Restaurant du Parc des Bastion, 20190916) The beer poured golden and cloudy. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had fruitiness, Belgian style yeast and coriander. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were fruitiness, Belgian style yeast, coriander, sweetness and bitterness. Aftertaste was spicy and bitter. A decent but watery witbier. The finish was bit harsh.

hazy pale yellow colour, medium sized dense, though not too stable snow-white head; aroma of wet wheat, clove, some unripe banana and minimal orange zest; taste of bread crust, some banana, clove, syrupy-biscuity notes, and maybe some slight cinnamon; well, it's rather a german hefeweizen with sa pich of christmas than a witbier, but anyway, it's still really refreshing and quite enjoyable

F: huge, white, creamy, average retention. C: blonde, hazy. A: malty, wheat, some banana, bit spicy, orange peels, peach. T: light wheat, quite dry on the palate, bit banana, some clove but vaguely, medium body and carbonation, not bad almost enjoyed, 0,5l can from Manor in Genève.

04.08.2018 -- 0.5l can from feldschlösschen brewery, bb 03.02.2019. pours a hazy pale golden with a small head. aroma of banana, cloves, a hint of flowers. flavour of banana bread, butter. very much like a german hefeweizen.
