Затворихме лятото в бутилки! Използвахме шест вида хмел за да създадем букет от аромати, които ще пренесат сетивата в тропическа градина. В аромата се усещат манго, грейпфрут, лимони, портокал. Вкусът е доминиран от манго и грейпфрут и е подчертан от лека малцова сладост. Горчивината е умерена, а финалът сух.

18/8/2022. Tap at BiraBar, Sofia. Pours clear dark golden with a frothy white head. Aroma is citrus, malt, grapefruit, caramel, hint of pine. Medium sweetness and moderate bitterness. Moderate body. Quite drinkable.

Tap @ BiraBar, Sofia. Clear golden with a white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, fruity and light hoppy - fruity. Flavor is medium sweet and moderate bitter. Dry and moderate bitter finish. 180822

Tap @ Birabar. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are fruits, citrus, malt, hops and has a sweet finish.

Slight hazy orange with an off white head. Aroma of citrus, green weedy hops and malt. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

[ As Rhombus Aloha IPA ].
ABV: 6.0%. Clear medium orange yellow colour with a large, frothy to creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, sweet malt, light to moderate hoppy, flowers, nectar, honey, light pine - grapefruit. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average duration, honey - nectar, flowers, sweet malt, fruity hops, hop - flowers bitter, grapefruit - pine. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20200403]

On tap at Bira Bar Sofia. Hazy amber colour lasting white head. Decent old school malty caramel ipa with grapefruit pine resin bitterness. I liked it. nothing complicated but I liked it.

50cl pour at Hop Junkies. Pours a clear gold with some sticky white head. Nose has some malt, pineapple, orange and tangerines, honey. Flavor has honey, malt, flowers, lemon, orange, pineapple. Finishes just off dry, lightly bitter. 6 4 6 3 12
