Bottle bought @ Hopduvel IIRC. Pours hazy deep ruby red with a small frothy pinkish white head that leaves some sparse trace on the glass while dissipating. Smell is heavy fruity and slightly funky with cracker, caramel, lemon juice, heavy sour cherries, hay, dry soil, barnyard, horse blanket and lemon zest. Taste is tiny sweet, sour, heavy fruity and funky. Mouthfeel is sparkling, dry, tart and medium bodied. Finish is sour with sourdough crackers, lemon juice, lime juice, heavy sour cherries, hay, dry soil, barnyard and lemon zest. Intense sour cherry character. Bit lacking in complexity. Lovely still.

Bottle shared at Chris and Ruth’s pre GBBF shindig; clear light purple pour with a bubbly pink head, aroma has tart berries and some apricot, taste has almonds, tart cherries.

Sampled @ ChrisO Pre-GBBF Shindig. Murky red-dark pink color, small pinkish head. Aroma is a bit faint, some cherries and tart. Taste is moderate to medium sour, sour red fruit, cherries, tart, quite dry finish. Decent body and carbonation. Good.

Pre shinding 2016. Trübes pinkes Bier mit einer geringen beigen Schaumkrone. Geruch säuerlich fruchtig, reife rote Früchte, leicht holzig. Geschmack säuerlich fruchtig, rote Beeren, leicht holzig, gut!

Big Bottleshare at Craft Islington. Thanks to Dan. Hazy cherry red beer, tidy pink head. Palate is airy and semi dry. Decent fine carbonation. Light tart cherry, mild morello cherry. Touch of ripe cherry. Light finish. A pleasant and drinkable fruity beer that hides the abv well, but once again with a Lambic Fruit, the adoration it receives is beyond me.

Bottle shared at the CBC big bottle share. 7/7/2016. Many thanks to Daniel for this one. Aroma.is really nice smoked cherry, Watermelon, sour funk, plastic phenols,. A plummy pink coloured pour with a a pink frothy head. Flavour is composed of smoked cherry. Plastic. Funky, sour, sweaty horse. Palate is tang, sour, spritzy carbonation.

Bottle at Craft Islington, big thanks to Daniel! It pours dark purple with a medium pink head. The aroma is fresh, rich, juicy, sour cherry, candied berry, sherbet, earth, Bakewell tart and a touch of Granny Smith apple. The taste is crisp, tart, sour, rich cherry character, Bakewell tart, cherry pie, sour candy, earthy funk and some sour green apple to cut through it. Medium body and moderate carbonation. Rich and fruity. Delicious as expected!
