Yasmin“ ist eine mit Jasminblüten aromatisierte Berliner Weisse. Es ist eine angenehme elegante Weiße mit Jasmingeschmack, ohne pafümiert zu wirken. Die Blütenaromen stehen nicht im Vordergrund und ergänzen die Weisse auf eine süßlich wirkende Weise.
Jedes Jahr ist Yasmin ein Teil der „Berliner Weisse Geuze“, der sie den Weisse-Charakter und eine elegante Note verleiht. 3,5% Alc. 8° Plato.

330 ml bottle. Cloudy pale yellow, no head. Lactic acid, lime, balsamic vinegar, acetic. Acidic sourness. Light bodied, watery chalky texture, fizzy carbonated, quickly fading sour finish. Disappointing, rather one dimensional, no body and quite watery.

Bottle 0.33l, trade with pivnizub, vřelé díky! Hazy, gold colored. AROMA- a bit wild and yeasty, lightly flowery. FLAVOR- neutral, moderately sour, just slightly bitter, herbal, meadow, flowery, a bit wild, a bit fruity. Medium bodied. Tasty.

Bottle from Erzengel as part of Euro Swap, thanks. Sour malty aroma and taste, bretts, medium sour. Light to medium body, sour finish. Good.

Frothy white fair fully diminishing head. Yellow colour. Light malty and hoppy powerful acetic aroma. Moderate bitter strong acetic flavor. Average finish. Oily palate. Nice BW.

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a hazy, pale yellow with a fizzy head that diappears in no time. Nose clearly has lactic acids but surprisingly also Brett. Light body, funky, sweaty, tart lemonjuice, tart throughout. Probably a refreshing summer quencher. The Brett adds a little extra complexity. 130220

Okolicznosci towarzyskie niempozwalaja na doglebne analizy :) Jasmin? Moze. Grzeczniejsze i chlalniejsze, acz musniecie bretow mile. Kefirowosci mniej za to mikrokiszonka? Za to fajna. I

Tap. Yellow color with minimal white head. Sour aroma with jasmine. Taste, quite sour with jasmin, bit salty, maybe. Simple OK.

Tap @ Mig & Ølsnedkeren. CLear yellow with tiny head. Aroma is malt, lemon, lacto and brett. Flavour is malt, lemon, lacto, brett, citric, little sweet and medium dry.
