Three-year-old bottle at the brewery. Lightly oxidized nose, very bretty, hay, grapefruit, just a hint of Jasmine, old leather. Flavor still has some sweetness, but very bretty and barnyard, jasmine is hard to detect, with a bit of oxidation. Becoming more like a lambic or n ages Orval than a Berliner. Low sourness. Great to try this.

Draught at Owl Farm: pours misty pale gold with small white head. Aroma is light flower but most a bretty funk. Taste is somewhat sour, flowers are not very evident. Light and bretty. Not bad.

Towering ultra-dense, fine, ever so slightly yellowish foam over lightly orangey yellow beer. Perfumey nose, blossoms and fine herbs, bit of coriander, wheat. Nice sourish flavour, lactic, but also fine sourish vegetable flavours. Here the jasmine is obvious, maybe also Lindenblossom. Spritzy carbonation, slick, light body. Nice.

From the bottle. Yellowish and hazy with lots of evident carbonation and a foamy head that soon fades. Mildly floral aroma. Hints of citrus. Taste is sour with bittersweet undertones. Dry, a touch watery. The finish falls off a cliff. Drinkable.
