24-03-18 // taster at Craft Frankfurt 2018. Hazy yellowish. Foamy white head. Taste is lactic sour, some yasmin tea herbalness very mild. Light bodied, dry, nice.

Bottle. Murky dull yellow body, tiny white head. Clean lactic acid aroma, just okay. Tart lactic acid and miiiild flowery touches, guessing it's jasmine. Solid, but unimpressive really.

0.33 l bottle from Ambrosetti, Berlin. Shared with Marko and Anna God. Murky yellow, small off-white head. Moderately hoppy, light floral, light citrus. Nice balance. Mild acidity. Light bready. Wild character in the finish. Light body, moderate carbonation.

(bottle, 33cl) Cloudy, orange colour with a blond and quickly collapsing loose foamy head. Slightly lactic fruity and wheaty aroma with notes of citrus and a present floral touch of yasmin. Mildly sour and delicately bitter flavour, light bodied with an almost creamy carbonation. Dry and slightly tart wheaty taste with sourish citrus-fruity and delicately flowery notes of yasmin, lingering into the lasting and slightly lactic finish. Even more balanced than the original. 09.VI.18

On tap @ Bergen Craft Beer Fest. Pours cloudy yellow, with a creamy head. Aroma is sweet lactic acid , with fruity notes of apricots and floral notes. Creamy body, with average carbonation. Flavour is tart fruity, with peaches, apricots and citrus peel,as well as floral bretty notes.

Big fizzy-creamy longlasting, hazy. Aroma is slightly harsh sour-ish floral, leafs, weeds, wet hay, sour grass, minerals, flowers, perfume, soil, moss, paper. Taste is slightly dry sour-ish mineraly, paper, weeds, sour grass, hay, moss, minerals, leafs, paper, flowers, soil. Little bitterness, watery and harsh floral mouthfeel. Meh!

Bottled. A hazy golden beer with notes of beige head. The aroma has notes of wheat, lemons, and straw. The flavor is sour with notes of wheat, straw, and lacto, leading to a dry finish.

Sample from 33 cl bottle. Hazy golden colour with a huge white head. Tart fruity aroma with lemons, bretts, spicy notes. Taste is sour. Medium body with a creamy texture and an average carbonation. Finishes tart fruity with lactic notes. Fine.
