Golden clear colour, small white bubbly head. Aroma is bit hoppy, bit malty bit not very exciting. Taste is ok, bit of fruitiness, some bubblegum. Bitter finish. It's ok enough.

Bottle from an omiyage shop in front of Gora station. Pours a deep gold with a finger of foam that dissipates fairly quickly. Sweet malt and faint wet paper on the nose. Some light bread pudding notes and grassy hops. Sweet with a faint, invisible hop finish and some lingering banana. Weird. --- Beer merged from original tick of Sagami Pale Ale on 19 Oct 2016 at 21:30 - Score: 5. Original review text: Thin yeasty, tired hops. Meh

Bottled. Slightly fruity aroma, mainly caramel malts. A bit spicy, with citrus and peppery hops in the background, plus a bit of diacetyl. Pale copper color with a lacy head. Malty, caramel and fruit falvor, a touch of butter, cherry, grass, metal, citrus. Ok bitterness at the finish. A rather amateurish and bland Japanese attempt at a PA. Not horrible, but not all that good either.
