lots of funk in the nose. White peaches, honey, blueberry, melon. Wow. Amazing nose. Light, slightly acidic. Very interesting.

Draught at Ushi Tora. Seems like a wheat ale aiming to be a session beer, about 5%. Aroma of big citrus hops, grains, crackers. Cloudy, dark, gold color. Malty flavor with lots of cereals, crackers, bread. Nice hops. Good stuff and very drinkable. Probably a lot of citra hops, and it is similar in hop profile to their Citra Weiss, but not as luscious as that one.
