Keyaki. Interesting, salty, but tripel like too. Aroma is maybe minty, but less forthright on the taste. Quite Belgian feeling. Quite full on. Good on them for making this. Full full full bodied. Bit weird at end. Thick and boozy. Strange but will try again though.

Draught at the brewpub. Orange-brown color, clear with golden tints and a high, fine head. Looks nice. Crisp, fruity aroma of shiso, maybe some ume as well. Tangy. Big shiso flavor with sweet caramel malts. Fruity, with orange. Super smooth and silky. Pleasant and original—a bit strange, but well done. Nice brown ale base is just a bit too sweet.
