Draught@CPH BF 2011. Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is bready malts, mild grassy and fruity hops along with some leathery notes. Flavour is quite similar with the grassy notes being more evident.

Sample @ CBF. Nice head with good duration. Color is hazy golden. Aroma and taste are bready malt and hops. A little on the sweet side, but not sugary.

Draught @ Brewpub Kobenhavn, Vestergade 29, 1456 Copenhagen, Denmark.Clear medium yellow orange color with a average to large, frothy to creamy, good lacing, mostly to fully lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, hay, toasted, straw, malt dusty, light to moderate hoppy, grass. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, dusty malt, grainy, sour malt notes. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20110114]

On tap. Pours an almost clear golden with a discreetly lacing off-white head. Fairly sweet malt aroma with a caramel whiff. Medium body with a good and solid malt base - a somewhat odd smoky touch though. The finish is dry with a subdued bitterness. The smoky notes may seem a little out of place but does add a little spicy edge here. 081210

Draft. A hazy dark golden beer with a lazing off-white head. The aroma has notes of straw, citrusy, dusty hops, and brewmash. The flavor is sweet with notes of matl, caramel, brewmash, and dusty hops, leading to a dry finish where hints of smoke appears.

From tap at the brewpub. Pours hazy yellow with a small and collapsing white head. Aroma is grassy and herbal hoppy. Crisp grassy hops, hay and mild citrusy. Vague plastic touch. Light smoke note. Ends dry malty and grassy hoppy.
