Mai -23, ølsafari med Steven: god maltsmak med diskret citrus og fine florale toner. Nesten helt klar gylden med fint skum som varer, og den smakte helt fint i solveggen hos BrewPub mens vi ventet på maten.

At the source: pours lightly hazy golden with a white head. Aroma is lightly flowery hops and sugar. Taste is floral and sweet. Not too bad.

Tap at BrewPub København. Poured a clear straw colour with a thin broken white head. The aroma is yeast, stale malt. The flavour is moderate bitter with a crisp yeasty, pine needle hop palate. Light bodied with soft carbonation.

Draft at the brewpub. Pours clear golden with an off white head. Aroma of citrus, light weedy hops, grain, fruity hops and light malt. Flavor is light moderate sweet and bitter. Light medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Draught @ Brewpub Copenhagen. Opaque murky yellow color, small white head. Smell and taste lightly malts, lightly bready, slightly a touch if fruitpeel and lightly bitter. Average body and carbonation.

DØE. Clear dark golden with an off-white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, caramel and light hoppy - straw. Flavor is medium sweet and light bitter. Sweet finish. 250513
