Draught @ Vesterbro Bryghus, 1620 Copenhagen, Denmark. Clear medium amber red color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, strawberry jam, toffee. Flavor is moderate sweet (strawberry jam - sweet) with a average duration. Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. 100ml at tap. Clear red-amber body under a low-level white head. Fruity-malty aroma and taste. Notes of spicies and hops in tha taste. Watered palate. Not distasteful, but rather tasteless (Vesterbro bryghus, Copenhagen 02.08.2007).

Sample from tap at the brewpub. Pours amber brown with a little lacing head. Lovely strong caramel toffee aroma. Candy like flavoured of toffee and caramel, decently sweet but not overdone. Caramel finish with a little bitter twist. Either they have improved or this is underrated, it wasn’t nearly as bad as expected.

(Draught at Vesterbro Bryghus, Copenhagen, 20 May 2007) Reddish brown colour, hazy, with brief off-white head. Malty, grainy nose with notes of fodder and sweetish hints of mash. Malty, grainy, rather sweet taste with dried fruit. Rather sweet and sticky. I’m not really impressed.

Tap, Vesterbro. Muffy and dusty aroma, bad hop. Please let these guys stop brewing. It’s a disgrace for Danish microbrew. They only serve the beers for the unknowing tourists I guess.

Draught at brewpub. Frothy white fair mostly deminishing head. Red colour. Really bad malty aroma. Better flavor but not convincing. Watery palate. Bad brew.

Brown with a disappearing off-white head. Caramel flavour with grass and hay. Very sweet and thin.
