Poured a cloudy dark-yellow color with a small but fluffy white head. Aroma was sweet, super sweet notes of malt. There was a lot of heat in there, even from just the aroma. Flavor was malty, with a bunch of sweetness to it. A bit hot for me, but worth trying.

355 ml bottle as Monster Beer Tour Gamma Ray. Slightly hazy golden body with a small white head. Both aroma and flavor is dominated by honey, not too intense and rather pleasant, as I prefer a rather moderate amount of honey in my beer. Still there is obvious a big mount of honey here, but the flavor is more integrated with the beer itself somehow. But the beer style is not too clear, I actually didn’t now this was based on a Wheat Ale. Did not recognize the wheat style here at all, could easily be a fruity pale ale with hint of caramel and ripe fruit. This is also a very sweet beer, but balancing quite well with warming alcohol. Does not feel too sweet or to alcoholic. Interesting and nice for a few sips, but I think a whole bottle may be a bit too much for me.

Aroma: The nose is rather sweet, with lots of honey, wheat, a little spice, and some booze
Appearance: The pour is a clear orange color with a small white head and almost no lacing
Flavor: Tastes rather sweet as well, some honey, fruit, and what flavors balanced by a light a spice hop
Palate: The body is medium, it might be a little too sweet, but it isn't quite cloying, with medium-heavy heat
Overall Impression: I thought this was a pretty solid wheat wine, but it lacks a little bit in the way of balance. The spice provides a little balance, but it is still dominated by the sweetness. I thought it could have used a touch more hop balance. Still though, I found it to be a decently enjoyable offering.

Super hazy copper coloured body with a bright orange glow and a thinnish, nicely laced off-white head. Aroma of super strong alcohol, honey, flowers, hay, grass and yeast. Full-bodied; Strong curacao and yeast flavours on top of a lot of alcohol, sugars and grass. Lingering fruity and herbal aftertaste with a lot of alcohol noticeable, some yeast and a deep rich honey taste. Overall, a decent wheat wine, showing more of a barnyardie flavour than most, but a lot of alcohol and honey comes through as well, of course. I sampled this twelve ounce bottle purchased from Liqour Outlet in Boonton, New Jersey on 11-July-2010 sampled at home on the Eastern Shore of Virginia on 12-November-2011, a full year and half after the purchase. 7

0.33l bottle from CrackedKettle web shop. This one pours a heavy clouded light pale amber-red body with a quickly fading and sidesticking just off-white head. It looks amazing, but missing the head it should have had. The aroma has tons og bubblegum! Wonder how much sweet bubblegum they have put in this one.. Also lots of wheat, some nice yeasty and almost vinious tones and honey. Lots and lots of it! Lively carbonation, medium to full-bodied and it has this mild oily to almost sticky mouthfeel. Flavors are quite a long way out on the sweet side and perhaps even a bit raw? Lots of unhidden raw alcohol, but there is also lots of wheat, some orange zest, dried sweet fruits, some banana-sweetens and lots of honey. Quite a beer this, and it's kinda hard to make up my mind if I just like it or if I really love it. Anyhow, a damn fine wheat wine, a great sipper that actually in many ways goes over the top and then some. Actually made my cheeks go red this!

12 oz. bottle at the Nook. Pours a cloudy, pale orange with a thin head. The aroma is wheat, citrus, honeysuckle, cloves, and some dough and funk from the yeast. The flavor is very sweet up front, and a mellow bitterness in the middle and finish. The palate is heavy, syrupy, and lightly carbonated. Overall, a very powerful wheat beer.

Süßer, honigartiger Antrunk. Im Mittelteil wird die Süße noch stärker und somit penetrant, dazu kommt eine deutliche Hefigkeit. Sirupartig, intensiv, zum Ende etwas alkoholisch brennend. Dabei nur wenig trocken und minimal bitter. Leichte Zitrusnoten geleiten die Bitterkeit im Abgang, danaben ist eine minimale Vanillenote auszumachen. Interessant aber zu süß. 5/8/8/9/9/9
