Can from Le Collier. Straight from the can. Lightly creamy, bit of lemon, very kolsch like. Always easy drinking. Bit tea like, earl grey element and decent fruitiness. Quite nice. Very soft in the mouth.

Can from the brewpub. Straw orange, bit dirty and some foam on top. Quite malty nose, bready biscuits, quite clear. Taste malty, crisp and biscuity. Quite clean and with some modest bitterness underneath. Finish is relatively short but pleasant. Drinks well, clean crisp taste.

Can from Le Petit in Shimokita. Light fruit aromas with some lemon. Easy drinking with a soft, slightly minerally mouthfeel. Refreshing on a hot day and pretty good in the can.

Can. Fruity, sweet aroma with a bit of cream. Some esters and a touch of citrus (grapefruit and lemon). Nice but not authentic. Light to medium gold color with a medium, frothy head. Rich golden malt flavor, sweet, grainy, creamy. Fruit including a bit of citrus noticeable. Rather typical Japanese Kolsch: too sweet, thick and creamy for the style, but pleasant nonetheless.

Clear golden color. Some floral hop nose, but with nobel hops. Body is a bit watery with some malt and fruity notes. Dry malty finish
