Pours cloudy yellow with a white head. Light malts, some fruitiness, hay. Didn't make a lasting impression.

0,3l from tap a day ago at Ottakringer brewrey. orange clear color, small white head. Smells earthy, spices, ripe fruits, some sweetness. Full body, soft carbonation, slick mouthfeel. tastes earthy, ripe fruits, spices, nutty, marzipan. Finishes lightly sweet with notes of spices, marzipan and earthy notes. Decent one overall 7, 4, 7, 3, 13

Draught in Wien. I suppose this is only released for one week of the year, on tap, and I was waiting in expectation. It was very cloudy, very malty, slightly fruity. Relatively rich malt. In the end though, it was quite disappointing. It really didn’t have much character to it at all. It had a good amount of hops, working with the alcohol to balance the malt. But the malt itself, though okay, was lacking in character. The alcohol was a bit too evident. It was decent, but not what I was really hoping for in this one-week-a-year only bock from tap.
