Malt and hops are beautifully married in this full-bodied, copper-red Pale Ale. Red Seal is generously hopped for a long, spicy finish. An excellent accompaniment to grilled meats and rich sauces.

Poured from the tap. Clear-ish gold with small white head. Mild floral citrus hops, meh nothing special.

Bottle. Aroma: citrusy American hops + a little caramel. Taste: harmonious, citrus-caramel, good hop bitterness. Not bad brew.

Draft pour pint at BaseLine Taphouse, Hollywood Studios Florida. It's official. There is a place at Disney that serves beer flights. Also official. I still ordered a pint. Bright amber orange pour, patchy head. A little surprised I never rated this before, and also surprised I eventually rated it in Florida. Solid pale, balanced aroma of bready malts and grassy hops. Smooth flavor of cracker and bready grains. Lingering mellow grassy hop bitterness. Resinous linger. Very tasty.

Copper red color, floral or earthy aroma. Flavor is rich, malty backbone with floral hop bitterness. Dry finish. Similar bitterness to a Pale Ale.

4 month old bottle A: Poured a short thick tan head atop a deep orange gold body with visible bubbles. Average retention before head fell to a lasting ring. S: Light scent of pine, orange spice and dark toast. T: Zesty orange hop bitterness with some bread and caramel sweetness balancing nicely. M: Light body, lively carbonation and a very clean finish. Begs another sip. O: Maybe not outstanding by today's standards but hits all the right marks to make it an all around great pale/amber even at this age.

[12oz bottle from Albertsons, Fullerton, CA.] An amber pour with a thick cream head; earthy malt aroma; sweet malty taste with a burst of citrus; and a caramel fudge finish. Way too sweet for me.
