Malt and hops are beautifully married in this full-bodied, copper-red Pale Ale. Red Seal is generously hopped for a long, spicy finish. An excellent accompaniment to grilled meats and rich sauces.

Im Geruch etwas muffig, brotig. Im Strunk dann aber überraschend fruchtig für ein Pale Ale. Im Abgang bitter.

The Sampler, Brooklyn bottle: pours amber with an off white head. Aroma is caramel, toffee, and hops. Taste is malty and not very sweet. Hops are present. Body is medium. Malts work well. Well balanced. Nice amber.

Bottle. Orange copper color. Aroma of caramelised malt, peach and citrus. Taste of malt, caramel, sweet toffee and just a little peachy hops. Bottle is a bit old I guess. Numner.

Amber-ish color with a fine tan head. Toffee, malty, herbs and pleasant hoppy aroma. Ok intensity. Medium (+) body and a fine carbonation. Ok balance between sweetness and bitterness. Toffee, malty, resinous, fruity and citric hoppy flavor.

Bottle @ home. Clear dark orange to amber color, full sized off-white head that lasts for a long time. Aroma has faint hops and is quite malty. Taste malts, a bit dusty hoppy, decent hop bitter and softly bitter. Suitable body and carbonation. Decent APA.

Bright clear amber beer, bubbly pale cream colour head. Palate is dry and has a fine minerally crispness. Thin malts with a little toffee but not much sweetness. Mild marmalade hops. Sharpish pine. Light minerally finish. The basis of a well hopped Amber but it’s a little thin.

dark orange light resinous aroma, effervescent and light with cream, some pineapple in here but it leaves a lot to be desired.

355ml bottle. Clear amber colour with huge, thick, frothy, fairly lasting, moderately lacing, off-white head. Floral, fruity hoppy aroma, a touch of red berries, caramel malty background. Taste is moderately sweet malty, simultaneously dry, fruity hoppy, notes of red berries, caramel malty background. Rather more traditionally English than American in its PA character.
