Draught at the brewery. Bohemian style lager with local unmalted barley added. Light amber-orange color with an airy, fine, head. Biscuity, malty aroma. Rich and balanced, with cookies and bread and a bit of hop. Rich, bready flavor. Wow. Great balance. Not so sweet, but bready. Light hop aroma but solid bitter finish. Unmalted barley seems to give a thicker body. Great.
