Draft @ Fermentoren, Copenhagen. Pours a black color with a small tan head. Has a roasted malty chocolate woody cherry aroma. Roasted malty woody chocolate flavor. Has a roasted malty woody cherry and chocolate finish.

Small glass draught at Fermentoren. Jet black body. Fair fawn-coloured head that stayed well leaving fair lacing on the glass. Mid-sweet dark malty aroma with a sherry scent on the top. Lovely flavour character containing moments of vanilla chocolate, raisin, bread and sherry. Roasted tail. Woody and velvety on the swallow with warming alcohol. Full bodied. Excellent stuff, just a tad too sweet for even a higher score (Copenhagen 03.05.2015).

Mini Copenhagen bimble with rlgk and _Angst_. Fermontoren. Keg. Opaque black - brown beer, good tan head. Palate is smooth and dry, mild fine carbonation. Dry dark malts. light creamy sweetness. Dry wood. Modest sherry, somewhat spicy. Light dry finish. Tasty but dry and spicy.

On tap at Fermentoren. Black with a lasting off-white head. Roasted aroma with licorice and dried fruit. Sweet roasted flavour with licorice and chocolate, dessert wine and dried fruit. A little over the top sweet.

Taste is sweetish, heavy and roasty with some syrup, sherry, wood, oak, vanilla and caramel. Finish is heavy, sweetish and roasty with some sherry, toffee and oak. Quite smooth and sweetish.

Draught @ Fermentoren. Aroma has sweet rye tones and licorice. Flavour has strong licorice notes, saltiness and herbal notes. Too salty and no hardly any signs of sherry here.
