The time spent with loved ones, now lost, seems to affect our mind and body perpetually: memories happen upon us, unsuspectingly, and bring about tears of fond remembrance. Damon (1993-2004) was our brother—devout and patient in an age of busyness and distraction. In his honor, we crafted and conditioned this imperial stout in bourbon barrels from our favorite distillery. We still reflect, daily, upon our Damon and his scruffy chin of grey—of his loyalty and his love…

At WFG 2021.1, day 1. Surprise surprise, where did this come from? No questions asked, I'll have some. Lovely BBA stout, expected nothing less. Smells deep, intense. Roast, chocolate, bourbon. Great softness. Taste wise it has great balance, real yum.

50cl bottle, merci à Isaac, Jafre, Catalunya beer tasting.

Yesterday. Crazy good imperial stout. Lovely light roast coffee, plenty of toasty chocolate and a ton of vanilla oak and bourbon barrel character. A treat!

All barrel sweetness, bourbon chocolate shoots out of the bottle once uncapped, heavenly body, thick and boozy. In an alternate timeline I could use this for my bourbon brownies recipe. Also I can barely read the label of this without tearing up

Insane barrel flavor, syrupy, super malty and complex. Mapley
