Draught at Deschutes Brewery and Public House in Portland. Fruity Belgian yeast aroma, cereals, honey, and something not right. Strange medicinal flavor. This misses the mark by a lot. Don’t know what they’re getting at.

On tap at the Stone Sourfest. Pours with a light golden body and a tan head. Aroma of grass, brett and jasmine. Taste is quite sour and very acidic, especially for a saison, with vinegar, florals and jasmine. Quite nice.

On tap at brewpub: Light golden pour with a smaller white head. Light lacing. Nose is light and crisp, hints of citrus and spices. Taste is less spicey than expected with more emphasis on the citrus hops and malt character. Coriander is evident, as well as the orange peel. Nice, dry and lingering finish.
