Reviewed from notes.
This was poured into a mug.
The appearance was a hazy burnt yellow to orange color with a one finger soft white foamy head that dissipated within about a minute leaving some light lacing speckling the sides of the glass.
The smell had a decent coriander to cardamom to clove up front. A light refreshing sweet banana and orange with a light lemon enlivens my nose.
The taste was mainly sweet with a nice spice from the previously noted spices.
On the palate, this one sat about a light to medium on the body with a fairly decent sessionability about it. The carbonation was there and decent for the style and for me. Sharp enough but refreshing as well. Orange - like and appealingly slightly spicy aftertaste and dry finish.
Overall, good witbier I would have again.

Draught at Mckayβs Taphouse, Bellingham
Cloudy blond color, small head. There is a light what aroma and flavor, some malt flavor too, light malt crispness, light cookies, light spiciness (elegant one); correct bitterness.
Among white beers, a quite good one.

Location: Draft at Rogue SF, 5/12/11
Aroma: This one has a nose made up of wheat and spice components
Appearance: The pour is a cloudy yellow color with a small white head
Flavor: The taste is spice and wheat, like the nose, with a little bit of citrus too
Palate: The body is fairly medium, with a decent mouthfeel and texture to it
Overall Impression: Overall, this is a solid Belgian white with a decent spice presence and a solid body. Not a bad offering at all.

Bottle @ home. Cloudy, yellow-orange-light brown appearance with a white head. Ginger, coriander, orange peel, spicy, yeasty, wheat malty nose. Interesting flavor: cinnamon, ginger, coriander, orange peel, other spices, Belgian yeasty flavor. Slightly spicy aftertaste. Certainly an interesting idea adding cinnamon to a witbier. Pretty good.

On tap at Brewforia, Meridian, ID. Tulip glass, cloudy light yellowish beige with a full and lasting off-white head. Very fair aroma of light bready notes and spice. Flavors of wheat malts, coriander, allspice and a little bubblegum. Very light and faint, definately a training wheels wit. Kind of what I expected from a domsticly produced Wit. Still, drinkable and easy to like if not very interesting or bold.

Bomber from Malt & Vine. Pours hazy gold with a foamy white head. Smells a bit like hot dog bun with lemon. Just about medium body with foamy carbonation. This is lightly zesty and somewhat spritzy. Not getting a lot of cinnamon or ginger - but it is very "sprightly" in flavor. Quite a good drink for a hot early evening. Ah - finally getting a touch of ginger. Good drink.

Bottle thanks to bu11zeye. Pours with a white head that fades over a hazy golden body. Aroma of strong coriander, perfume, dry, spice and light skunk. Taste is sugary, metallic, spice, cereal and [canβt read]. Dry and fizzy. A bit of a mess.

Draught at Rogue Ales and Public House, Portland. Aroma of tropical fruits, coconut. Thin, yeasty flavor (Belgian), with tropical fruit. Not very carbonated. Uninteresting.
