Poured light golden, almost no head, clear.
Nice funky aroma. Light bretta, hay, apricots. Dry and slightly sour.. too light though. Almost watery feel.

Frothy white good mostly lasting head. Yellow colour. Moderate malty and light hopy and powerful, acetic aroma. Moderate bitter wonderful acetic flavor. long great finish. Creamy palate.

Drucken på Mikkeller bar på Moriskan, Malmö. Snygg men snäll och saknar blandningarnas komplexitet. Men istället får man klarhet och tydlighet och lambicens stalliga karaktär kommer fram tydligt. Syrliga äpplen, kvitten och mirabeller ger fin fruktig syrlighet. Gott

CBH2025. Slightly hazy golden colour, small white head. Aroma is mild funk, bretty and some mild citrus. Flavour is funk, brett and some citrus with mild wooden tones. Surprisingly hollow Shows how important blending is to get the complexity right.

Lys brun lett tåkete med beige skum. Lukter blomster, eddik og fat. Middels fylde. Noe sur. Smaker trevirke, blomster, hylleblomst og kjeller, middels lang.

2 year unblended oude, foeder #82. Tap at Hopa. Pours clear yellow/pale golden with no head. Nose is acidic, low funk. Taste is moderately tart, somewhat funky, pretty held back altogether. Short finish, light body, soft carbo. Bit of a meh.

Foeder 97 - 2 year old Lambic from tap at Koelschip, Copenhagen. Aroma is bretty, plenty of barnyard funk, soft sour fruits, citrus, fruity. Flavour is moderate to medium sour with a dry finish. Touch of sweetness. Body is medium. Pretty well-balanced and good funky aromas, easily drinkable, enjoyable Lambic. 3.9 2020 - As 2-year old unblended Lambiek. Straw, funk, malt, some fruits. Nicely sour, not a lot of depth. Refreshing. 3.5
