Draft at some bar in Shiambashi, Nagasaki. Clear yellow with off-white head. Aromas of wheat, corn, floral, light skunk. Tastes of light skunk, corn, wheat, citrus. Medium-light body with a dry finish.

2009 Version. I think it is the same recipe. Nice, light amber color, orange tints. Looks good. Thick, foamy head. Aroma is basic Yebisu but with a bit more caramel and something slightly smoother. Palate also nicely smooth. Flavor has a bit of caramel sweetness, some depth. strong hop bitterness in the finish. Decent enough stuff, though not all that special.
