Cask days 2011.
Incredible citrus aroma. Every citrus fruit under the sun. No malt to speak of, just the way i like it. Incredible hoppy finish, juicy, fruity, citrucy. Medium bitter finish, with an aftertaste that is incredible. Citra is an incredible hop.
Earlier Rating: 3/2/2009 Total Score: 3
nice golden amber pour, with a nice white head. Solid aroma of grass, hops, and some slight honey. The flavor is hoppy, but not overly hoppy. There is some nice malt notes, and more of the grass, with a lingering soft hoppy bitterness. Not outstanding, but a solid, quenching, tasty amber ale.

Light amber pour. Misty. Moderate frothz offßwhite head. Nose: Honey, cereals, sugared fruit, a hint of dank. Not that fresh anymore. Medium minus body. Average carbonation. Taste: malt / hop. Grains, honey, grapefruit, some resin. Intense and lingering bitterness. Tasty. I wish I could get a fresh one.

Tolle Fruchtigkeit in der Nase. Im Trunk kommt Malz dazu - irgendwie Fruchtkaramell mit leichter Bittere. Spannend.

355ml can. As Red Racer Northwest Pale Ale. Pours a clear copper with a medium, foamy, long lasting, white head that leaves plenty of lace. Sweet aroma of biscuit malt, caramel, orange rind, grapefruit, apricot and piney hops. Sweet fruity flavour of grainy biscuit malt, caramel, orange, grapefruit, peach and pine resin with a dry, bitter, floral hop finish. Medium body with a slick texture and average carbonation. Well balanced.

Can: (as Red Betty Pale Ale) Slightly orange-yellow with a tall, off-white head. Orange, caramel aroma. Taste is fairly smooth-bittered orange-peel.....caramel malt, barley malt. Creamy malts throughout.....finishes with a nice, earthy, almost nutty bitter. Very enjoyable.
