Nice enough stuff. Not quite as much soy sauce as you’d normally expect from these things. Got that cheesy mushroom type umami thing you expect in the aroma. Like it!

dark brown color. Off white head. Maybe the beer was too cold, but I didn’t get much nose. The mouth is light, modest roasted malt character and chocolate notes but not overly complex.

Bottle. Black with a nice tan head, orange tint. Creamy, sweet aroma with chocolate. Sweet, rich flavor with a long-lasting, burnt finish. Great balance. Rich, creamy palate. Very pleasant.
