(Bottle 35,5 cl) Hazy golden with a small, white head. Malty aroma with a fruity touch. Rather light body, starts almost pilsener like, but some banana esters eventually turns up. Dry finish. 220406

An unclear dark yellow beer with a thin rim of white head. The aroma is wheaty with a good deal of citrus, and so is the flavor, but the body is thin. OK.

12oz bottle-pours a foamy white head with cloudy straw-yellow color. Aroma is wheat, musty. Taste follows with mild effervescence. Middle of class.

Bottle. Slightly sweet orange-lemon aroma. Pale orange-yellow color with small head. Very mild lemon with sour-bitter finish. Another typical American wheat mislabelled as a Hefe - not bad, not great.

Cloudy yellow-orange pour, thin off-white head (more of a carbonation ring). Tangy, slightly sour wheat aroma with hints of orange and banana. The body is very tangy and fruity (oranges, lemon, a touch of banana), even fruitier than Bell’s Oberon. There is also a grassy wet hay aspect. Finishes a bit biscuity. Fairly unique and somewhat difficult to rate.

A rather underwhelming excuse for a hefeweizen. +++ Sampled from a 12 oz brown bottle the beer pours a cloudy golden color with a medium sized orange-white head. The aroma is sweet wheat with some pale lager like undertones. The flavor is sweet creamy wheat. There is no noticeable citrus or bitterness. Rather mild and relatively harmless.

Paid $1.39 for a 12-oz single. Slightly cloudy golden yellow, with a small, soft head. Skunky! I smelled it as soon as I opened the brown (not clear) bottle. Skunky in the mouth too... Hints of grass in between the overwhelming skunk. Nice, frizzy mouthfeel. If this beer is supposed to taste like this, I wouldn't drink it again. It's in a brown bottle, so I'm thinking light probably didn't skunk it, and this is its normal taste.

This poured a medium head (small for a wheat beer) over a just slightly cloudy golden yellow beer full of fine bubble streams. There's a lemony yeasty aroma. Very little flavor but it has a creamy smooth mouthfeel. Refreshing hot weather beer.
