Decent look, a cloudy whitish yellow, firm creamy white head, if smallish. Smells like an american wheat, wheaty, a touch of mint and lemon. Zesty citric wheaty flavor. Clean, light and carbonated. Not a bad american wheat, but not a great one, I guess that means its pretty middle of the road, and almost by definition boring.

bottle - Pours lightly hazy yellow with a htin head. The aroma has malt, citrus, and light yeast notes. The flavor is mild, sweet, and citrusy. It’s thin and finishes clean. It’s okay, but unimpressive.

Wheat oh wheat, one of my favorite styles, especially unfiltered. I haven’t tasted this one yet because of a few ratings I read here about UFO. It was a wheat, right out there on the shelf so I grabbed it, couldn’t loose and besides, I like hefe. Brown 12 oz bottle, when you crack the lid it has a solid clean sour-like wheat beer aroma. Pours like a lively wheat beer, nice steams of carbonation. Some stuff left on the bottom of the bottle. Slightly cloudy, lemony brown color. Starts with a hint of bitterness then it is quickly overrun by delicate creamy tingling. I don’t really see any UFOs in there swirling around like other unfiltered brews. Yes it does have some of the off wheat characteristics of american hefes but it straightens out and behaves itself once you have a few sips. Pretty enjoyable and repeatable. Finish has a quick tacky bite that fades rapidly with not offensive bitter aftertaste. Better than arcadia whitsun. On par with shiner and sam adams. Good beer without fruit.

This wheat beer pours a cloudy light yellow colour with a white foamy head. To the nose there is citrus scents, sour dough bread and a small amount of spice. First sip is pretty carbonated but smooth other than that. A little watery for a wheat beer but not badly flavoured. A sour finish.

Really weird name. Some people who I drank this with were calling it OO- FOE, while I was calling it U-F-O. I don’t know, but this is pretty much an average American wheat that is rather easy to drink. Didn’t try it with a lemon, but I did notice a citrusy taste to the beer. Drinkable, but nothing really that remarkable.

Has a nice creamy mouthfeel..but otherwise a disapointment...no clove and a flat finish.

Poured a straw yellow color with a fizzy white head. The beer is murky, as opaque as a porter, which really showed it’s unfiltered nature. The initial aroma is wheaty with distinct hoppiness. Sweet flavor, not very malty or wheaty, and I tasted a hint of banana, must be from the yeast. Clean but slightly watery finish. Not a great example of hefeweizen, but a good beer none the less.

Nice pour, but disappointing in every other aspect — not because of what’s there, but because of what’s not. Hazy yellow pour with white head. Thin malt aroma, thin malt flavor and thin body. There’s some wheat in there and a touch of lemon, but that’s about it. Short finish.

Pours a hazy gold into a shaker. Fluffy white micro head with good staying power. Musky basement and earth notes. Upfront metallic malt with a sharp bitter hop finish. Not a whole lot of hefe going on...mostly a keller...yeast is not there, but refreshing non-the-less.
