MBCC 2023. Golden seni-clear with a medium white foam leaving drafts. Nose: almonds aroma, malty, biscuity, traces of dyacetil. Mouth: clean and crispy, juicy malty soul a bit sweet.

Tap at Edobori Beer Belly. Pale blond colour with small white head. Slightly cloudy. Aroma is bread dough, yeast, little bit of hops, and slightly fruity/floral (soft orange smell). Taste is grainy with a bitter finish. Lively in the mouth. Not bad.

Slight haze. Medium white head. Light fruitiness, grapey, has sweet malt, low bitterness for style but the pale malts are too doughy to really work for me.

On tap at Beer Belly. Pours out a golden topped with a white head. nose is nice grassy light hops some spice and a cereal malt. taste is cereal malts some of the light grassy hops and a little sweetness.

Tap at cbm jimbocho terrace. Clear gold color with a nice soapy white head. Very malty and biscuity nose with some light floral notes. Slightly creamy on the palate. Golden color, small steady white head, some lace. Malty, a bit grassy aroma. Light to medium-bodied. Malty, clean palate with German nobel hops in the flavor. Some sweetness too. Stylish pils, not ovely hopped but well-brewed.

5% bottle from Yamaya near Kyoto City Hall. A bit of a fruity, hoppy aroma it almost hints at a Belgian yeast being used. The taste is grassy, bitter a bit rough. An ok pils but not that much to style.

Light haze on this bright gold beer. Good white head. Palate is softish with mild minerally carbonation. Soft malt, little cream. Mild lager yeast. Nicely integrated mellow citrus. Touch of sweet tropical fruits. Mellow hop bitter finish. Nice pilsner, very drinkable.
