33 cl bottle thanks to Ingo! Sampled on April 8, 2013. Marked (BB?) 13.01.30, purchased late December 2012.Clear pale golden color, small white head. Sweet, vegetables, a bit fruity scent, light minty. Mineral, a bit malty taste. Dry light bitter aftertaste. Spritzy mouthfeel, medium low bitterness.

Bottled. Hazy golden, mid sized head. Phenolic doughy nose. Sweetish with light-medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Laid back malt character with plenty of dough. Low hop rate, and notes of glue. Low bitterness.

Golden color with frothy white head. Nose is very hoppy and true to the Czech style, however, I found the body had a bit of diacytle, which I have tasted previously and think it is intentionally a part of the beer, but I didnβt like that. Still the hop profile is solid and nice lingering bitter finish. Potential to be great, but isnβt what I want.

A hazy golden color with a nice white head. Malty bread aroma with light, crisp hops in back. Flavor is heavy on the malts, light on the hops. Pretty full bodied for the style. Not a bad pils, but I prefer more hops in my pilsners. (Draught at McLoughlin’s)

On tap at Beer Belly Edobori. This has gotten much better recently. Cloudy, glowing golden color. Now it is clearly in the Bohemian style, with biggish malt, decent hops, and a buttery quality. Rich, well balanced, good hops. A great session beer, though quality can be variable.
