I'm a Pale Ale brewed in Canada.
Our Pale Ale is influenced from all over the world for a well-balanced and flavourful Ale. English hops are added for floral and earthy tones; German hops for soft bitterness, and American hops for pine and citrus aromas. We only use fresh ingredients.

Draught at the Bow & Arrow, Toronto, Canada on 7th June 2008. Very dry, hoppy and bitter. For UK drinkers, treat Milton Sparta as a reference beer.

From the cask at the Beerlicious festival in Toronto. A nice fuggles hop aroma, slightly fruity. Medium rich malt flavor with pretty decent hops all around. Nice enough.

Bottle at Stockholm Beer Festival 2007
Hazy blond color. Quite plain Pale Ale, with simple aroma, malt too, not too complex flavor either, but good bitterness. For beginners.

Bottled@SBWF2007. Golden colour, not much head. Aroma is honey, fruits, some grass and slight caramel. Flavour is likewise with some citrusfruits coming in quite strong.

Light copper brown color, small white head. Light bready nose. Pale malts, some bready notes, then some grapefruit. Good clean pale ale, propably very good session beer.

Bottle: Poured a clear golden color ale with a medium head with average retention. Citrus hops are clearly present and enjoyable in the aroma. Taste of semi-sweet malt with a citrusy finish. Body is on par for the style. Good for the style without being exceptional in anyway.

A yellow beer with a white head. The aroma is sweet grainy, while the flavor is sweet with a dry hoppy end. An average beer.
