I'm a Pale Ale brewed in Canada.

Our Pale Ale is influenced from all over the world for a well-balanced and flavourful Ale. English hops are added for floral and earthy tones; German hops for soft bitterness, and American hops for pine and citrus aromas. We only use fresh ingredients.

Light gold color with a tall white head. Clean fruity hop aroma. Starts sweet with some nice dry hops coming right in. Good body, bitter finish. A bit bumpy in the balance, but quite drinkable.

Golden colour with thin head. Nice citrus nose with some hops. Very nice rich citrus with some hops and some good malt in mouth. The hops came especially nice all around the mouth and in psot taste, a nice biscuitty flavour. Good stuff.

Clear light amber in colour with a decent large-bubbled off-white head. Smell of hops, sweetness and even a bit of soap. Medium-bodied; Strong assertive hoppiness with very sweet tastes and a superb malt background. Aftertaste bittered very minutely from the hops, but very sweet! Overall, a bit better than average for the style! I was lucky enough to get this beer in-person from JerCraigs in Ontario, Canada and sampled it on 2-October-2003, Thanks Jeremy!

The brewery says it shipped its first kegs in January, 2000. That's why I was drinking this in November 1999, right? Say what you want about the Winking Judge, but they get the new beers first. Anyway, this is quite hoppy, but quite lacking in malt balance. They should put it on cask, too.

Deep golden coloured. Sweetish, medium bodied, bitter. Good beer, but perhaps unexciting.
