Quite easy going, plenty of saltiness, not so tart but it’s there.

Tap at Komachi. PRety, pale pastel gold. Nice citrus nose, what crackers. Crisp lemon and various Japanese citrus, which blend together nicely. Very salty, maybe just a bit too much, but refreshing and good.
