Comeback Sour Saison

Bit sour, not so much saison. But I like it

Tap at BeerFes Osaka 2019. Orange-golden color, clear. Nose ine pineapple, lemon, soap. Slightly strang tartness with sweetness. Simple acidity that comes off a bit like a lemon sweet tart.

don’t know if it’s the light but it has this nice deep golden amber glow that I like with a frothy white head. Hello!!! Beautiful sour nose with I initial thought dried grapes but much more like ice wine, slightly sweet and cloying but the sourness really makes it interesting. I see apples peaches and pears in the background. Wow. Sour, funky but a lot of bandaid not balanced, slightly cloying. Way too much for 4%. The dried grapes are amazing in the finish. Honestly reminds me of a white flavored popsicle in plastic tube I had as a kid. This beer is all over the place but the palate is very unbalanced and hard to drink. So much potential but not executed well
