First brewed in 2003. Pale in color but packed with flavor, Mojo reflects the perfect balance of hop bitterness and malt character. The unique Amarillo hop creates a big, grapefruit-like citrus flavor and aroma, making Mojo a very zesty IPA that's crisp and refreshing.

12 ounce bottle, best by November 15 2010. I hope for the best with this old bottle. Pours clear light orange-amber color with a fairly dense 2 finger white head with amazing retention, that reduces to a lacing cap. Some dense, great looking lacing on the glass. Strong aromas of orange, pine, floral, caramel, and light grapefruit. Taste of strong orange, pine, caramel, and grapefruit; with a huge bitterness on the finish that lingers with flavors of citrus and pine. Very smooth drink with a delicious amount of bitterness. No alcohol showed itself in the taste or finish. Medium carbonation and body. Overall this was fantastic, even though it was well past it’s prime as far as age. I definitely will be picking this up again.

12 oz. bottle, pours hazy golden orange with a white head. Aroma of strong piney hops, grapefruit, caramel and citrus. Flavour features sweet fruits upfront, citrus, grapefruit in the middle and piney hops and citrus again in the finish. Excellent IPA.

12 oz bottle. Pours a hazy golden amber with a white head. Aroma is light, sweet citrus. Flavor has citrusy hops with pine, biscuity malts, a bit of pineapple, fairly sweet. Has kind of an odd flavor note to it.

Poured from 12 oz bottle. This is very smooth for an IPA, taste of orange peel and hops. All around a very solid IPA.

Bottle. Pours a dull gold with a small, white head. Aroma has some light, earthy hops and caramel malts. Flavor is nice, with a sweet malt character, the grassy hops do their party well. Mostly earthy bitterness, with some orange peel. Mildly sticky and mostly sweet finish, though the bitterness lingers in the throat. A really good IPA.

Bottle thanks to jbye4334. Pours with a clear, pale bronze body and a large white head. Aroma of tropical fruits and light herbaceous notes. A bit of crystal malt and dry grain. Nice Amarillo showcase. Taste is clean and hoppy with a nice caramel backbone and a touch of alcohol presence. Lots of tropical fruit. Loving the amarillo. Creamy mouthfeel. Very nice IPA.

nice ipa, finish is a little too overbearing with grapefruit but a nice drinkable ipa with the right balance of floral aroma and just a little malt sweetness, funny, all i could think about when drinking this was it was midway between an east coast and west coast ipa in flavor.

(Draught) Beer is of golden colour and it is clear. The head is white and medium sized. The aroma is dominated by grassy hops - this actuall amazes me now when I read the hops used is Amarillo. The body is dry and medium with medium carbonation. Flavour consists of malts, hops, grass, only lightly fruitiness and decent amount of bitterness. Aftertaste is one of grass and bitterness. Nice IPA.
