First brewed in 2003. Pale in color but packed with flavor, Mojo reflects the perfect balance of hop bitterness and malt character. The unique Amarillo hop creates a big, grapefruit-like citrus flavor and aroma, making Mojo a very zesty IPA that's crisp and refreshing.

(Bottle, Monk’s Café, Wallingatan, Stockholm) Amber colour with frothy, beige head. Fruity, hoppy nose with notes of orange peel, mandarin and fresh hops. Fruity, hoppy taste with orange peel, mandarin, dried apricots, grainy malt and fresh, citrussy hops in the finish. Generous bitterness, some sweetness. Well balanced and tasty IPA.

Thistle and pineapple aroma, moderate strength. Clear amber, thick white head, some lacing. Malted wheat and bready with a weak lemon peel finish. Quite enjoyable, but not nearly as hoppy as you are led to believe. Rock solid IPA.

Bottled ay Monk’s Café Wallingatan, Stockholm. Clear deep golden, small airy head. Strong citric nose. The malt sweetness is hidden by citric hops. Medium bodied with slick, oily mouthfeel. Citric, lightly piney bitterness that is stronger than the aroma. Lacks a bit of malt backbone.

Location: Old rating from a 12 oz bottle from a trip to Denver Fall '07
Overall Impression: A pretty nice IPA. It has the citrus and floral characteristics for sure, some nice spice and caramel malts there as well for the balance. I had this one down as a nice example of the style for sure.

Bottle from world of beer in Tampa. Pours cloudy with a nice head. Again just like hazed and infused a wonderfull aroma of hops and citrus. This has a better flavor to me though more malt profile in the backround with the same fresh malt taste. Very good!

12 oz. bottle. Hazy amber pour, foamy white head. Smell is rather light on hops. But it’s all there in the taste. Plenty of grapefruitty Amarillo right off the bat. Yet malts are nice and sweet, giving it kind of a Ruby Red Grapefruit juice vibe. So despite the usual heaviness of the style, this goes down kind of light for the summer. Even a touch of flowers. Body is fully tuned to deliver a full IPA experience.

22 oz bottle. Pours a light copper color with an off-white head. Aroma is citrus and relatively hoppy. I may have been spoiled by the Hazed and Infused, but I wasn’t as impressed by this beer. It wasn’t bad, just not spectacular.
