Peroni Gran Riserva Bianca è una birra Weiss dal gusto fresco, piacevolmente beverina, caratterizzata da un aroma fruttato e speziato. Il lievito selezionato di alta fermentazione e il processo produttivo tradizionale le conferiscono un piacevole sentore di chiodi di garofano. Secondo la tradizione, la ricetta prevede l’utilizzo di malto d’orzo e di frumento. Per garantire un prodotto di elevata qualità utilizziamo solo Malto 100% Italiano e una particolare varietà di Malto Italiano Chiaro che le dona un elegante colore biondo torbido, tipico delle birre Weiss.

Unclear yellow golden with a lot of bubbles in the pour. Solid white head. Ok intensity in the aroma. Decent sweetness. Wheat, caramel malt, fruity, some banana and some yeast in the flavor. Easy drinkable served cold. A bit to much caramel malt coming up.

Õlle on selline jook, et iga uus kord kui klaasi või pudeli suule tõstad, siis leiad midagi uut, sõltuvalt tuhandest-miljonist pisiasjast, mis hetke olukorda mõjutavad. Seega piirdun iga õlle juures selle tekstiga.

Bottle, 0.50l. Aroma of wheat, banana, dust and faint spices. Pours hazy dark golden color with large creamy white head and sparkling appearance. Taste starts light sweet grainy and citrusy, following is mild fruity, mouthfeel is mild spicy, while finish is watery with just a hint of grassy bitterness. Light body, slick texture and average carbonation in palate. Boring and quite tasteless...

I suspect this may we brewed in Holland by Grolsch and imported back to Italy. Hazy golden color creamy white head, lacing. Taste is very malty, juicy, with mild orange, banana and clove. Light herbal with a medium-sour taste, yet sugary and savored. Ok aftertaste, theres a vague undefinible offtaste but overall fine. Unexpectedly nice and smooth weizen, kinda liked it.

Hazy light orange colour with thin head. Aroma and flavour are very wheaty. Light citrus. Light banana sweetness. Plain but inoffensive.

Vottle bb 7/19 oro carico velata buona schiuma piuttosto persistente naso speziato kieve fruttato banana discreta intensita lieve aciduko amaro contenuto
