Keller Pilsner. Combining our brewery’s super soft water and the finest German hops, this unfiltered keller pilsner is crushable. Brewed as a traditional European continental pilsner, this is what beer tastes like pouring from the wooden vats used to make lager beer for centuries in the Czech Republic town of Plzeň.

Draft at Craft Brewed. Pours a clearish straw-gold with a finger of foam that lingers. Crackery malt nose, spelt, grass and slight breeze through leaves on a summer day aroma. Grainy on the palate, with a fresh, stone-milled grain character that permeates. Dry and grassy, with crisp finish with some light mineral notes. Awesome!

Sample at The Source. The beer is a clear straw color with a medium thin white head that recedes steadily to a film. Strings of lacing on the glass. Aroma of herbal hops, fruit and matl. Light to medium body with flavors of spicy hops, citrus and bready malt. The finish is mildly bitter with a hoppy aftertaste. Above average overall.
