low carbonation, big roasted coffee notes with green pepper. Off sweet. Medium body, medium bitterness. Coffee character is very pronounced but overall enjoyable. Not a masterpiece but decent enough

Nice. Quite subtle. Can’t taste the strength. As you’d expect flavours.

Tap at Umineko as Imperial Stout 8%. Nose is marshmallow, chocolate, milk. Very interesting and unique. Flavor is chocolate syrup, dry but creamy, milky, with hints of vanilla and fudge. Light body. Not really imperial but nice.

Tap @ Shinshu Osake Mura. Pours dark brown with some off-white bubbles on top. Nose is dry, light milk chocolate and toffee, good level of roast. Tastes medium bodied, lightly sweet but mainly a decent and well-brewed dry stout. Good body though, so does not feel watery, not too sweet. Solid.
