Thanks Justin for sharing the bottle! Poured into a taster showing translucent deep plum red. The nose shows pronounced notes of raspberry, jam, baking spice, and pancake batter. The palate is full bodied showing the same pronounced notes of raspberry and jam. Extremely fruit forward and moderately but balanced sweetness. Lacks the pancake batter flavor seen in Banana Pancake but this is still near the same level of perfection.

Inky purple color. Excellent fresh raspberry jam, pancake character with nice pancake dough character but very fruit driven. Decadent lovely palate, nice acidity, excellent raspberry jam character with pancake playing in the background. The pancake character isn’t as pronounced as the banana pancake mead. Nice acidity. Better than pancake for acidity. Amazing

375ml bottle at share. Another stellar mead form Pips. Alll of the elements come together to make you think you're eating a stack of pancakes with raspberry syrup. Just superb. Berries, vanilla, marshmallow. Awesome sauce.

375ml bottle pours out red nose is amazing sour pithy raspberry seeds vanilla marshmallow honey some cinnamon and some barrel. Taste is more of the nice sweet berries honey vanilla wow this is crazy so good.
