Subtle again. Hoppy but nice light fruitiness. Bit grainy. Very easy drinking. Quite grainy. Goodnight everyone

Multiple bottles shared in Tokyo. Thanks for Batch 2 Tim M. and thanks for Batch 1 Rob! Pours a hazy straw gold with a full 2 fingers of white soapy foam that lingers. Lovely grassy nose with musty cobwebs, funky basement rocking chair, lemon and gooseberry aromas. Tart on the palate, but not overly so. Lots of grainy pilsner malt and faint notes of wheat chaff and mineral flavors. Crisp and clean carbonation. I prefered the batch 1 to batch 2. Maybe the age helped things out? Solid spon coolship beer coming out of Japan.

Thanks Tim M. for sharing! Taster showing pale gold with sparse white foam. The nose shows moderately intense Belgian yeast. The palate is well carbonated and light bodied. Lightly tart with a mild sweetness and medium notes of Belgian yeast.

Bottled. Lactic acid nose, yogurt, lemon, grapefruit. Quite bubbly. Hazy golden. Zest, lemony, nicely tart though not really sour, lightly bretty. Good stuff.

light golden color. Slightly sour and a touch sweet nose with lot of oak and horseblanket. Slightly sweet but overall fairly sour mouth that very much reminded me of Boon Oude Gueuze Black lable in recent years which I think has gone done a lot, though still a respectable beer. Lots of oak. Still a very good start to make an authentic lambic
