Spicy, citrus, grapefruit, a hint of caramel in the nose. Full-bodied, intense and a touch of caramel. Together with the spicy, citrus-like bitterness, they give this beer a complex and very pleasant fresh, full and bitter aftertaste.
Specialty beer created to celebrate the twenty-fifth anniversary of Delirium Tremens.

Molto buona c. Esselunga Olgiate Olona 22.06.24

Bottle from Top Cellar. Clear amber body with an off-white head. Lively carbonation. Faint lacing. Aroma of orange marmalade and caramel. Flavour of candied orange peel and boiled sweets. Medium body with a frothy mouthfeel. Light fizz. A sweet, bright IPA. Smart move from Delirium to make this style of beer. I’d love to see what other IPA style beers Belgian breweries would produce.

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a clear amber with a solid and creamy, beige head leaving some lacework. Rather dull hop aroma paired with some underlying caramel notes. Medium bodied, malty dry with notes of caramel, biscuit and nuts. No real hop aromatics, just dull, dusty bittering hops. 080424
