330ml bottle bought at the Offie, Leicester and drunk at home. Caramel and spicy yeast, with candy sugar and touches of stone fruit. Sweet sticky taste with a little bit of plummy bitterness in the finish. Thick body for the ABV with carbonation sitting perfectly on the heavy side. Oh so amazing.

Flesje gedronken bij familie. Amberkleurig bier met volle schuimkraag. Aroma is hoppig. Smaak is moutig en hoppig. Nasmaak is eveneens hoppig.

I didn't know what to expect. Pours amber but delivers deep roasted malt, mild bitterness that builds and lingers.

Bottle. Birthday present off the missus. Faint haze on a light amber. Fizzy this, making for a noisy thick of white foam. Spicy saison yeast notes. Floral herby hoppage. A little sticky sweet but with a decent hit of herbal bitterness. Decent body. Carbonation is pretty lively. Moderate bitterness to finish.

Bottle, big almost gushing creamy head, clear light red to orange colour, aroma of yeast and citrus and a hint of vanila, flavour of fruit candy, light maltiness, and a medium citrus bitterness. Nice and enjoyable.

Beer drunk after a Spezial watching Florida Man. Red amber, big head, nose of slightly farmhouse Belgian with hints of peach, apple, and caramel. Very fine carbonation. Big caramel flavor, fading to citrus-peel bitterness with some piney notes, pleasant flavor and nice balance. Nice modern Belgian!

From a 330ml bottle on 12/4/2023. Poour s a clear llight amber with a biggish head. Has a slightly sweet spicy, fruity nose. Tastes of citrus and apple, with some Belgian yeast, and a quite a firm spicy bitterness. The sweetness is mild and it's more a savoury beast. Filled bodied with prickly carbonation. Not very IPA-like but enjoyable enough.

Bottle shared at BBT 2/2023. Honestly feels mostly grainy, interesting, rye-ish. Subtly yeasty phenolic spicy, pepper and clove. Feels quite dry, well attenuated, light sweetness, moderate bitterness, med-light warmth which is very well rounded. Hops are subdued, I do not get any substantial hops character. Light vague fruitiness, grassy and resiny notes. Overall good, quite classic Belgian ale.
